Our Story
The Novelly family is the proud owner of Classic Doors Inc, a door shop that has been serving its customers since 1985. With a rich history of entrepreneurship, the Novellys have been in the business for the last 8 years after purchasing it from the previous owner. Prior to their entry into the door industry, the family has had a long-standing background in small businesses, magazine work, and creativity. They truly embody the spirit of self-starters and have always worked for themselves. Their daughter, who is responsible for social media and photography, brings a fresh perspective and creativity to the family business. We even got a backstage tour. Very impressive. Everyone we were in contact with was wonderful. Installed by two great guys. Very friendly. They made sure we were happy with the smallest details. You would have never thought a new custom door had just been installed. The guys were super clean. I highly recommend Classic Doors. Definitely worth the price.

100 stars if I could!!!! I'm not sure of what my expectations were but my door is absolutely stunning! I was a little nervous picking out the style over email (Julie was amazing) and even choosing the wood color from a small sample but everything worked together and I am beyond satisfied. The installation crew was professional and also did an amazing job. I am beyond satisfied with everything!!!!

** 10 Stars ** We are thrilled not only with the design of our door but also the quality of the door, the process, the people and the installation. The sales process is a no pressure, low key, call us if you have any questions process. Once the doors were selected it is a long wait (10-16 weeks depending on door selected) however the follow up in selecting a stain and ‘touching base’ was great. Once the door arrived we were thrilled with the quality of the door. Heavy, solid, high quality wood. Finally, the installation. It was the icing on the cake. Very professional, clear in communication excellent craftsmanship in installing. I cannot speak highly enough about Classic Doors, their quality of products and people. #supportsmallbusiness #supportlocal

We are beyond happy with our new door! The experience from start to finish was fantastic, and Julie was great at answering my questions through email and phone (I did not go into the store). Brent and Ray on the install crew were very kind, careful, and paid attention to details. We are very impressed with the professionalism and customer service at Classic Doors, and they have our business and referral for life. We were referred to them by a neighbor after we saw their new door, and we are so happy we made that call. It may take a bit longer to get a door, but it is custom made and finished all in-house in Nashville. If you are on the fence about getting a new door then do yourself a favor and call Julie, get a quote, place the order, pick your stain, and let them handle the rest. You won’t regret it!
